Hatha Yoga sessions include:

Class Schedule (during pandemic precautions):

  • Saturday 10--11:15am (Zoom & In Person)

  • Wednesday 6-7:15pm (Zoom & In Person)

  • What you need:

  • Loose, non-binding clothing

  • Yoga mat (required)

  • Hand towel

Class Rates:

  • Student Rate is $12 per class

  • Drop in session is $15

  • Family rates and class cards are available (3 month expiration, class cards are non-transferable)

  • Asana (Postures)

  • Pranayama (Breath Control)

  • Relaxation

  • Meditation

Postures (Asana):

  • Stretch muscles to reduce tension

  • Gain freedom in the joints

  • Strengthen muscles and joints

  • Develop stability

  • Improve circulation

  • Improve posture and alignment

Modifications are taught to accomodate the individual

Breath Control (Pramayama):

  • Improved energy

  • Stress reduction

  • Mental clarity

Integrating Diaphragmatic Breathing with Motion:

  • Increase Coordination

  • Improves Concentration


During our current health challenges, our classes are also held on Zoom. We are offering classes Wednesday 6-7:15pm (Zoom & in-person: 4 person minimum) & Saturday 10-11:15am (Zoom & in-person: 4 person minimum).
